Responsibilities
Nickel is looking for a Sales Manager to support its expansion in the Berlin / Brandenburg area
Approach potential distribution partners directly and recruit them as our new partners
Onboard and activate our customer base
Build long-term, trust-based relationships and manage your partner network independently
Ensure your sales territory remains active
Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and keep track of your results
Requirements
Proven success in B2B field sales and business development with clients in the retail or convenience store sectors
Experience with cold outreach/cold calling is a plus
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Winning mentality: quick learner, able to drive initiatives forward and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
Proactive, service-oriented work style with a focus on customer satisfaction and added value
Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a Class B driving license
Excellent verbal and written German; English and other languages are a plus
