Responsibilities
Act as a pre-sales assistant, prospecting new clients and maintaining coordination with the network's marketing and sales teams.
Conduct client prospecting (via telemarketing, market research) using AI tools and the CIGAM CRM.
Distribute leads according to the Partner distribution rules.
Requirements
MINIMUM: High school diploma
PREFERRED: University studies in progress
Experience in client prospecting
Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service and satisfaction, and telemarketing
Conceptual knowledge of the CIGAM ERP
Technical knowledge of the CRM and Market Research module
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook)
