  • Finance Coordinator responsible for executing finance planning and performance management at Mondelēz International. Collaborating with teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute aspects of financial planning and performance management processes
  • Collect data and ensure the integrity of information
  • Contribute to a strong environment of controls and compliance
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as requested
  • Support projects to improve efficiency and implement enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience in FP&A, financial planning, or commercial finance
  • Experience with budget planning and forecasting (Budget/Forecast)
  • Experience analyzing and managing large volumes of data
  • Strong organizational skills and process management
  • Hands-on approach with autonomy, a sense of urgency, and initiative
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience with commercial funds/budgets, trade marketing, or sales incentives
  • Experience with process improvement and automation
  • Knowledge of financial management systems or budget control tools
