Responsibilities
Lead and manage all activities within your territory
Promote and directly sell the "Patient Care" product ranges
Present, promote and sell the innovative Patient Care products during daily client visits
Assist clients in selecting products that meet their needs
Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients and develop new prospects
Identify and resolve issues encountered by clients
Facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Identify and prepare tenders and submit responses within required deadlines
Write reports on clients and issues
Requirements
Business school degree with proven experience in the medical sector, or a nursing qualification with experience in resuscitation/intensive care and a strong commercial orientation
Knowledge of medical decision-making processes and tender/RFP strategies is an asset
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present arguments persuasively and convince stakeholders
Proficiency with computer tools (primarily Microsoft Office)
Good command of English
