Inside Sales Representative responsible for B2B customer engagement and sales pipeline development for an IoT solutions provider. Working closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Active outreach to new and existing B2B customers
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Generate and follow up on leads
Follow up after meetings, webinars, demos and trial deployments
Support building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Process and coordinate incoming orders
Work closely with the sales team and the Sales Manager
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in telecommunications, technical infrastructure, networking, IoT or comparable solutions
Enjoy proactive customer outreach and building new relationships
Strong communication skills and a confident customer-facing presence
Structured, independent and results-oriented work style
Proficient with Microsoft 365
Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
Interest in technical solutions and willingness to familiarize yourself with complex customer requirements
