About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative responsible for B2B customer engagement and sales pipeline development for an IoT solutions provider. Working closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Active outreach to new and existing B2B customers
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Follow up after meetings, webinars, demos and trial deployments
  • Support building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Process and coordinate incoming orders
  • Work closely with the sales team and the Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in telecommunications, technical infrastructure, networking, IoT or comparable solutions
  • Enjoy proactive customer outreach and building new relationships
  • Strong communication skills and a confident customer-facing presence
  • Structured, independent and results-oriented work style
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Interest in technical solutions and willingness to familiarize yourself with complex customer requirements
