About the role

  • Support Sales and Account Executive activities in a German AgriTech company. Focused on lead generation and partnership marketing in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support in preparing customized proposals, pitch decks and business cases for prospective clients
  • Preparing briefing materials for client meetings and tracking follow-up tasks
  • Building and maintaining lead lists, supporting outbound prospecting and preparing outreach campaigns
  • Identifying and mapping relevant stakeholders within target accounts
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses to support the sales strategy
  • Tracking and analyzing sales KPIs and pipeline performance, and assisting with forecasting
  • Assisting in the creation of communication materials for client projects and partnerships
  • Contributing to German-language content (e.g., campaigns, materials, LinkedIn)
  • Monitoring and tracking the performance of partner marketing activities

Requirements

  • Ideally located in or near Berlin
  • Enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration (BWL), Management, Marketing or a related field at a German university
  • Fluent in German with strong written communication skills
  • Strong interest in sales and commercial topics
  • Structured and reliable working style with high attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
  • Availability for at least 6 months
  • Nice to have: Initial experience in startups, sales or marketing
  • Interest in or background in agriculture or sustainability
