Responsibilities
Be the friendly first voice prospects hear from HERO in the Netherlands
Follow up on hot inbound leads and execute strategic outbound campaigns to book quality demos
Own your core KPI by consistently scheduling qualified demo appointments for Account Executives
Jump in to run demos yourself when needed, helping build momentum
Share valuable insights from customer conversations to refine market entry strategy
Translate marketing materials from English to Dutch and support local campaigns
Represent HERO at Dutch trade fairs and customer events
Requirements
Native-level Dutch plus excellent English (C1+) for seamless cross-market communication
1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with outbound outreach or inside sales experience
Strong communication skills with a genuine "can-do" attitude that prospects can feel through the phone
Driven self-starter who's energetic, curious, and motivated by building something new in a fast-growing SaaS environment
Willing to occasionally travel to the Netherlands for trade fairs and customer events
Thrive in dynamic environments where you can make a real impact and every voice matters
