Responsibilities
Contribute to building a successful, credible, and professional recruitment model aligned with business needs and best practices
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers—providing market insights, aligning on hiring needs, and supporting interviews, negotiations, and candidate evaluations
Create compelling job descriptions and define effective sourcing strategies across various platforms
Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and fit
Build and maintain a pipeline of strong talent for current and future needs
Represent the company professionally and help attract top talent
Share recruitment best practices with hiring teams and adjust your approach based on changing priorities
Support employer branding by contributing to events, social media, and other EB initiatives
Effectively use the ATS and sourcing tools to manage recruitment workflows
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Expertise in a variety of attraction and selection methodologies, including sourcing strategies, competency-based interviewing, and assessment design/delivery
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever experience is a plus, but not required)
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong ownership and effective time management abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge
Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English.
