Responsibilities
End-to-end trade show organization: You will actively participate in the conception, planning, and execution of our trade show presence.
Coordination & communication: You will coordinate with service providers, the trade show organizer, internal departments, and partners.
Marketing and communication materials: You will assist in creating promotional materials, invitation campaigns, and presentations.
Updating and maintaining checklists (e.g., packing lists for trade show equipment).
Onsite support & follow-up: If the internship includes the trade show period, you will accompany the team to the event and help with on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
Requirements
Relevant field of study: You are studying Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Marketing.

Organizational talent with a creative eye: You enjoy organizing, have a good sense for language and design, and can keep an overview even during busy periods.

First experience in event organization or trade show planning is a plus.
Confident use of MS Office and internet research — knowledge of Adobe/Affinity or Canva is an advantage.
