Responsibilities
Own and lead the strategy, planning and execution of Diabolocom's user club and events, ensuring high-quality experiences that drive customer engagement, strengthen brand positioning and deliver measurable business impact
Act as a key member of the marketing team, contributing to broader marketing initiatives, campaign execution and content development
Plan and execute end-to-end customer events (User Club sessions, webinars, product launches, executive events)
Collaborate with Product and CX teams to ensure content is relevant and valuable for customers
Measure performance, analyze feedback and optimize the program's impact
Requirements
4–5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on event management in a B2B environment
Experience with customer engagement programs such as user clubs, community management or customer experience (CX) initiatives is highly valued
Experience engaging with senior executives and senior stakeholders to build strong relationships
Proven ability to manage complex end-to-end projects with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strategic mindset able to link events and community initiatives to business outcomes (engagement, pipeline, retention, NPS)
Strong communication and content development skills, with the ability to produce compelling marketing materials
Proficiency in creating high-impact presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); additional languages (Spanish, German) a plus
Interest in the tech industry, particularly SaaS, AI and customer experience solutions
Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate across time zones
