About the role
- Support the operational aspects of events and travel for a leading digital commerce platform. Full-time remote role with responsibilities including vendor management and logistics oversight.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end organization of national and international events and travel (pre-, during, and post-event);
- Contact and follow up with vendors (transportation, accommodation, promotional items/giveaways, logistics, etc.);
- Manage checklists and operational requests;
- Assist in assembling kits, materials, and participant experiences;
- Monitor logistical processes (schedules/timelines, shipments, accreditation/registration, setup and teardown);
- Update spreadsheets for inventory control, redemptions, and finance, supporting budget tracking;
- Prepare and analyze operational reports;
- Provide support to participants and stakeholders during events.
Requirements
- Advanced English;
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel;
- Availability to travel.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Completed degree in Advertising, Events, Marketing, or related fields (up to 2 years since graduation);
- Previous experience in events, production, or operational roles;
- Experience working with vendors and logistics;
- Reside in São Paulo.
