Event Operations Executive coordinating operational aspects of exhibitions and events for RX in Germany. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences for exhibitors and visitors.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute operational aspects of exhibitions and events from concept to delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external suppliers (venues, stand builders, logistics partners)
Manage exhibitor services, including manuals, order forms, and on-site support
Oversee floorplans, space allocation, and on-site logistics
Monitor event budgets and ensure cost control
Conduct post-event analysis, including surveys and operational improvements
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
Support continuous improvement of operational processes and tools
Requirements
First experience in event operations, project management, or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Hands-on mentality and willingness to support on-site during events
Strong communication skills in German and English (min. B2/C1)
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event tools is a plus
