HR Total Rewards Intern managing HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation for Mom's Meals. Providing training and hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the administration and maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving HRIS-related issues
Support projects related to compensation
Contribute efforts in data and pay analysis related to compensation
Assist with timely and accurately processing payroll master data and payroll processing
Provide prompt customer service with payroll questions and payroll-related policy questions
Help process employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
Support employee communications by answering basic benefits-related questions and directing complex issues to senior staff for resolution.
Requirements
College Junior or Senior at time of internship currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum GPA of 3.8 or higher
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Accuracy and strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
