HR Representative joining HR Services Team in Poland to support internal and external customers with HR processes. Adapting to changing priorities while ensuring high customer service standards.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to prepare error-free written communication including e-mails and letters and escalate, as necessary, to other parties on a number of various activities.
Support employees throughout Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle & Termination processes.
Action all hires, promotions, transfers, terminations (and any other system related actions) ensuring all authorization is received prior to processing.
Respond to enquiries regarding HR policy and procedure in relation to HR Central processes.
Gather information and record data in HR tools, monitor transaction status of Requests and escalate transactions, as necessary; in order to respond to customer enquiries.
Interact directly with managers, candidates and other HR staff/COE’s providing support as needed.
Accept and route requests for assistance through all communication routes into the Team.
Work directly with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems.
Work to the team Goals and Objectives of the supporting SLA’s for all work tasks that come into the shared mailbox striving for first class customer support.
Ensure all HR systems are up to date and accurate per processes updating HR Systems where applicable.
Requirements
Working knowledge within an HR support function or business administration function
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated history of achieving performance related targets (KPI’s, metrics)
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (including good command of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrated use of Work Supported Systems
Fluency in English
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (Desired Qualification)
Additional language skills would be an advantage (French, Norwegian, German) (Desired Qualification)
Process Development and Improvement experience (Desired Qualification)
HR Systems including Oracle HUB (Desired Qualification)
Analytical skills (Desired Qualification)
