About the role
- Assistente Comercial supporting retail sales across diverse product categories at technology company. Engaging with various teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform invoicing and provide customer service to retail clients across Positivo's product categories (PCs, tablets, smartphones, smart home devices, POS terminals, among others);
- Enter and monitor orders in the SAP system, checking stock availability and scheduling invoicing;
- Track delivery schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and coordination with involved departments;
- Support processes for returns, donations, and corporate events in partnership with Marketing;
- Interact with manufacturing, shipping, tax, finance, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure operational flow;
- Assist with document control and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers;
- Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on results, organization, and high-quality service.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
- Previous experience in administrative and commercial routines;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Experience with SAP is desirable;
- Good communication, sense of urgency, organizational skills, and proactivity;
- Ability to work in a team and handle simultaneous demands in a dynamic environment.
