Receive clients pre-qualified by our SDR team and conduct product demonstrations and negotiate our system;
Ensure smooth handoffs between teams with excellent alignment and communication;
Update the CRM (HubSpot) in accordance with the team's playbook;
Adhere to quantity and quality KPIs.
Requirements
1+ year of experience as a B2B salesperson (commercial consultant, sales executive, or closer);
Experience working with sales targets/quotas;
Self-managed profile (strong ability to organize tasks and schedule);
Knowledge of sales frameworks (GPCT or SPIN Selling);
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines;
Availability to work hybrid, 3 days per week in the office in São Leopoldo, RS;
Experience with HubSpot;
Experience selling to restaurants;
Experience working in a startup environment;
Experience selling SaaS products;
