Responsibilities
Initiating and delivering new business opportunities is the thing that excites you the most?
Own the full partnership pipeline from the initial outreach to closing the deal;
Approach and build relationships with brands, publishers, and affiliate networks;
Identify and pitch the right value proposition for each potential partner;
Share your insights to improve the existing process;
Collaborate with the team to scale what works and drop what doesn’t.
Requirements
Strong outbound sales experience — especially in the new business generation;
Previous SDR or BDR experience is a major plus;
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce), track interactions, and leverage tools to optimize outreach efforts;
Good knowledge in sales and basic marketing-related knowledge;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset, with excellent analytical skills;
Goal and growth-oriented mindset;
Strong work ethic and structure.
