Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing and handover to Customer Success
Build a strong network across the electronics industry in the DACH market and attend sales fairs
Generate interest through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach and use prospecting tools
Qualify inbound leads via customer-centric discovery meetings to uncover pain and value
Run tailored product demonstrations and workshops with domain experts
Support customers with ROI calculations and prove value
Guide prospects through negotiations and close win-win deals and paperwork
Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success to deliver impact
Provide industry insights to product teams and consult with product experts
Track metrics and leading indicators and mentor junior Account Executives
Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
Requirements
Fluency in German and English (must)
Experience in B2B SaaS sales / SaaS sales enthusiast
Ability to act as a strategic consultant (not transactional seller)
Experience selling to electronics industry stakeholders (OEMs, EMS) preferred
