Own the sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.
Identify and nurture high-potential leads to build a strong pipeline.
Work directly with leadership to create a repeatable, scalable sales process.

Requirements
2+ years proven experience in B2B sales.
Experience in fast-paced startup environment.
Fluency in Spanish.
Nice to have: Proficiency in German or Dutch.
Self-starter with high agency and adaptability to ambiguity.
Ability to own and be reliable.
