Responsibilities
Assist in driving retail banking business, ensuring assigned targets are met
Support the team in achieving sales goals and implementing effective sales plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to secure continuous business growth
Provide sales support for banking distribution channels, ensuring smooth collaboration with partner banks
Possess the ability to understand reporting requirements, prepare and submit reports that monitor business performance, and provide insights to management
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks against peer products
Ensure strict adherence to insurance and banking regulations, guidelines, and internal policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 5 years in insurance, banking, or financial services, preferably in sales or business development
Solid work exposure and with strong ability to promote insurance products through bank channels and close deals
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage with bank partners
Capable of conducting market research and analyzing channel performance
Familiarity with insurance regulations and product compliance requirements
Good understanding of bancassurance products, insurance underwriting basics
Certifications: Pass in insurance licensing exams (e.g., IIQE Papers I, II in Hong Kong) is preferred
