Responsibilities
Manages a portfolio of clients from all segments, mainly SME and Corporate from the respective Region
Ensure a good knowledge of each client in the portfolio to explore further business opportunities
Manage any opportunity to sign new contracts with customers referred to by the BRD network, Dealers, or by existing customers
Proactively plan meetings with prospects and partners (including BRD branches and Dealers) to promote Ayvens services
Gathers customer data necessary for financial analysis and onboarding in accordance with Ayvens risk policy
Prepare the contracts, participate in contract negotiation and prepare the offers in line with the internal procedures and the agreed commercial conditions
Reach the KPIs set for the managed portfolio
Constantly monitors the offer of the competition and proposes evolutions/progressions of the Ayvens offer
Requirements
University studies (preferably in the economic field, business administration or similar)
Speaks and writes fluently in local and English language
Strong communication and negotiation skills
At least 24 months of account management in Sales with all segments of customers (IKAs, Corporates & SMEs)
Experience in working with Dealers and within the leasing/automotive industry will be a plus
Very good knowledge in computer use (windows, Ms-office, Word, Power-point, Outlook)
