Responsibilities
Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and nurture trusted relationships with leading French pharmacies to drive engagement and sales.
Expand Assortment: Support pharmacies in onboarding new products and increasing active SKUs, helping more customers find what they need.
Optimise Pricing: Collaborate with partners to implement competitive pricing strategies and monitor the Price Competitiveness Index (PCI).
Launch Promotions & Campaigns: Design and coordinate exclusive bundles, landing pages, banners, and CM campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
Monitor & Analyse Performance: Track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve partner performance and marketplace impact.
Requirements
A native French speaker with strong written and verbal English skills.
Experienced in business development, account management, or marketplace operations, preferably in e-commerce or pharma.
Data-driven and analytical, comfortable using Excel to analyse trends, monitor KPIs, and drive decision-making.
Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced, agile environments.
Familiar with marketplace dynamics, promotional planning, and pricing strategies.
Nice-to-haves: Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, familiarity with promotional campaigns, and knowledge of pricing optimisation tools.
