About the role

  • Business Development Executive driving sales and revenue growth for trade shows. Identifying business opportunities and maintaining client relationships in the jewelry events sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound leads in a quick timely manner
  • Incorporating value-based selling in conversations to drive both customer and business objectives
  • Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and recommending customized solutions
  • Prospecting new accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
  • Managing the full cycle sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Building and maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Maintaining pipeline and log activity appropriately in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Have experience in business development or sales
  • Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger to learn and grow
  • Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with a willingness to accept constructive criticism and implement change
