Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard B2B partners (hair & dermatology clinics, premium salons, wellness, fitness and biohacking centers)
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
Sell volume deals and batch orders of 100–250+ devices
Secure first lighthouse partners in key European markets
Execute go-to-market activities in Germany, Spain, UK, France, and Italy, then expand to Northern Europe
Adapt sales messaging to local markets and partner types
Help define B2B pricing, volume discounts, and partner models (resale, in-clinic use, hybrid)
Build sales materials and support partner onboarding
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and revenue forecast
Share market feedback to continuously improve positioning and offer
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
Strong hunter mentality with confidence in cold outreach and closing
Comfortable selling premium, high-ticket products
Clear, confident communicator
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel across Europe
