Responsibilities
You actively acquire new partners: From identifying potential leads, through initial contact (including cold outreach), pitch & demo, to successful contract closing—you own the entire sales funnel.
You advise medical institutions as an equal partner: You understand their challenges and collaborate with them to develop the right solution from our product portfolio.
You lead confident negotiations: Whether practice owners, physicians, or administrative leaders—you convince various decision-makers with empathy, clarity, and negotiation skill.
KPI-driven approach: You work data-driven, manage your funnel efficiently, and keep your targets and key metrics firmly in view.
Requirements
Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech—or you convince us with your drive and hunger to learn.
No fear of cold calling: You proactively reach out to people and view every conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
Strong communication skills: You can explain complex issues clearly, empathetically, and convincingly—both in writing and verbally.
