Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
Proven experience in driving business growth through strategic partnership development and sales strategy execution.
Strong ability to develop, communicate, and implement business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in managing key accounts and negotiating contracts to meet business needs and procurement guidelines.
Skilled in evaluating business effectiveness, identifying operational needs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
