Clinical Business Development Manager responsible for generating new client growth through referral partnerships. Engaging with healthcare professionals to expand Navi's in-home nursing services in the Phoenix area.
Responsibilities
Build and grow a network of referral partners across the Phoenix area
Proactively identify, approach, and engage new partners through in-person visits and outreach
Maintain a consistent cadence of field activity
Own and grow a pipeline of referral relationships that convert into active clients
Drive new client acquisition through partner referrals
Consistently follow up with partners to activate and sustain referral volume
Track outreach, meetings, and conversions to ensure progress toward growth goals
Confidently communicate Navi’s model and the value of private-duty nursing in the home
Educate partners on appropriate use cases and patient fit
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth referral intake and care transitions
Share field insights to improve messaging, partnerships, and growth strategy
Requirements
Registered Nurse (AZ) or strong healthcare experience (preferred but not required)
Experience in sales, business development, or relationship-driven growth roles (healthcare strongly preferred)
Comfortable with outside sales—cold outreach, in-person visits, and persistent follow-up
Resilient and energized by building something—not discouraged by rejection
Personable, confident, and able to quickly build rapport in professional settings
