Requirements

- Kenntnisse im Tarifrecht und Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen wie GuideCom, SAP oder ähnlichen Tools
- Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Entgeltabrechnung und abrechnungsrelevanten Themen ist wünschenswert
- Erste Erfahrungen mit KI-gestützten Tools oder Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse
