Develop and optimize recruitment practices (ATS, job boards, sourcing)
Structure onboarding pathways for new employees
Contribute to the digitalization of HR tools
Participate in the evolution of the HRIS
Lead digitalization projects for HR processes and promote innovative HR practices
Deploy modern tools to support managers and employees
Manage and lead the HR Development department
Support the HR Development team (5 employees)

Requirements
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience in HR development with team management
Experience in managing HR projects (training, skills, recruitment, tools or HRIS)
Strong interest in HR digitalization and evolving practices
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
Ease in supporting managers and leading collective initiatives
Analytical mindset, initiative and ability to move projects forward
