About the role

  • Lead HR development services at Alpes Isère Habitat, focusing on skills management, recruitment, and employer branding. Coordinate HR practices and digitalization efforts for organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop competencies and career paths
  • Design and oversee the skills development plan
  • Maintain and drive the GPEC (strategic workforce planning and skills management) approach
  • Identify critical roles and support their evolution
  • Structure internal mobility and career pathways
  • Support regional management teams on skills-related issues
  • Strengthen employer attractiveness and employer branding
  • Implement employer brand strategy (onboarding and retention, corporate culture)
  • Develop relationships with schools, universities and employment stakeholders
  • Contribute to work-study programs, integration initiatives and internships
  • Coordinate and modernize recruitment practices
  • Develop and optimize recruitment practices (ATS, job boards, sourcing)
  • Structure onboarding pathways for new employees
  • Contribute to the digitalization of HR tools
  • Participate in the evolution of the HRIS
  • Lead digitalization projects for HR processes and promote innovative HR practices
  • Deploy modern tools to support managers and employees
  • Manage and lead the HR Development department
  • Support the HR Development team (5 employees)
  • Clarify priorities and provide direction
  • Structure activities and monitor projects
  • Develop the team's skills
  • Drive cross-functional HR projects
  • Support organizational transformations
  • Lead collective projects within the HR department
  • Participate in social dialogue on training and skills topics

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Experience in HR development with team management
  • Experience in managing HR projects (training, skills, recruitment, tools or HRIS)
  • Strong interest in HR digitalization and evolving practices
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Ease in supporting managers and leading collective initiatives
  • Analytical mindset, initiative and ability to move projects forward
  • Knowledge of the social housing sector is a plus
