About the role

- Partner closely with and counsel the CPO and HR Chief of Staff
- Develop and implement a robust executive communication strategy

- Develop speeches, including keynotes and speaker preparation

Requirements
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration preferred
- 5+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism, marketing or project/program management
- Recent experience managing executive communication initiatives
- General knowledge of Human Resources subject matter is an asset, but not required
- Proficient command of English (US) language including excellent grammar, composition and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with content management systems, graphic design software, web/video editing, and social media platforms is a plus
