Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR Business Partner roles, with an international focus
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing complexity
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
