Responsibilities
Partner with international leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals

Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in HR Business Partner roles, with an international focus
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing complexity
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
