Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their window replacement needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate our custom window and door solutions, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
Build rapport and trust with customers to facilitate a positive buying experience.
Close sales in a single visit, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to maximize commission earnings.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.
Requirements
Proven sales experience, preferably in-home improvement, construction, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use computers, tablets, and other forms of technology.
Must be able to lift 50lbs. and carry products for in-home demos.
Must be available evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of window products and installation processes is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
