About the role

  • Sales Executive driving sales growth in Midwest targeting commercial and industrial clients. Focus on relationship building and closing complex deals in bird management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers
  • Conduct compelling demonstrations to explain the company's value proposition
  • Collaborate with bird biologists and solutions consultants to develop appropriate, customized solutions for client needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Contribute to market expansion efforts
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Solutions, Field Operations, and Marketing
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated success
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting abilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Hunter mentality with genuine hunger for new business development
  • High energy and enthusiasm for sales excellence
