Responsibilities
Provide commercial consulting at franchise locations focused on the English segment, working closely and strategically with franchisees;
Execute commercial initiatives aimed at student acquisition and retention;
Deliver commercial training sessions, supporting the development of local teams;
Analyze performance indicators (sales funnel, DRE/income statement (P&L), revenue, churn, delinquency, among others), identifying opportunities for improvement;
Provide guidance on a range of school challenges, assisting stakeholders in administrative, pedagogical, and operational areas;
Define and monitor action plans to drive results and close performance gaps;
Participate in audits, strategic meetings, and network-wide training sessions;
Maintain a strong field presence, ensuring execution and follow-up of strategies at the units.
Requirements
Full availability to travel throughout Brazil and a valid Category B driver’s license (CNH B);
Residence in São Paulo, Campinas, or São José do Rio Preto;
Technical or higher education degree in commercial/business-related fields;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Experience in commercial consulting and training within franchise networks or franchisors;
