About the role
- HR Specialist responsible for personnel management and administrative processes at Vollmann Group in Gevelsberg, overseeing all employee-related issues from hiring to payroll.
Responsibilities
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen Personalthemen, je nach Verantwortungsbereich auch für den Betriebsrat
- Verantwortung aller personeller Angelegenheiten von der Einstellung bis zur Beendigung, inklusive der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
- Verwaltung von administrativen Prozessen wie Vertragserstellung, Bescheinigungswesen, betrieblicher Altersvorsorge sowie Korrespondenz mit unterschiedlichen Behörden
- Personalcontrolling in Form von Reporting, Personalkostenplanung, Forecasts sowie ad-hoc-Auswertungen und -analysen
- Aktive Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der relevanten Geschäftsprozesse in der Personalabteilung
Requirements
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR-Bereich oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR
- Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Ausgepräge Sozialkompetenz und Empathie sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gutes Urteilsvermögen
- Positives Mindset, Teamplayer sowie proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
