Responsibilities
Advising and supporting our managers on all personnel and labor law tasks and issues, e.g., reducing absenteeism
Independently selecting appropriate recruiting/advertising channels and advising the site manager on implementing measures to fill staffing needs
Target-group-oriented recruiting
Supporting and advising on organizational changes and transformation processes
Independent and trust-based collaboration with the works council, including drafting works agreements
Supporting personnel administration tasks from onboarding to offboarding
Developing and implementing HR processes in close cooperation with colleagues at the company headquarters
Requirements
Vocational training or degree with a focus on Human Resources and several years of relevant professional experience
Very good knowledge of individual and collective labor law
Several years of experience working with works council bodies
Communicative, motivated and committed personality
Independent and structured working style with strong implementation skills
