Responsibilities
You manage the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting through onboarding to offboarding
You develop and optimize HR processes and help build core HR foundations such as onboarding materials and the employee handbook
You manage our HRIS system (Lucca) and ensure that all employee data is current and accurate
You handle contract management as well as the preparation of payroll
You are the point of contact for employees and managers and work closely with our Team Lead HR, Cindy, our recruiter Steffen, and our HR student assistants.
Requirements
Confident use of HR systems (e.g., Lucca)
Good knowledge of labor law, social security, and payroll tax regulations
