Senior Analyst for managing co-branded credit card partnerships at Azul. Focus on data-driven strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams for business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor strategic initiatives related to the Azul Itaú co-branded card.
Lead and support cross-functional requests involving Commercial/Sales, Marketing, Product, BI, Finance, CRM, Operations and executive areas.
Develop performance analyses, business studies and executive materials to support leadership decision-making.
Prepare executive PowerPoint presentations with high quality, clarity and conciseness.
Build and track performance metrics, campaign results, commercial initiatives and opportunities to leverage the product.
Identify opportunities for growth, monetization, engagement and value creation for the loyalty program and the partner.
Support the relationship with the financial partner, monitoring deliverables, opportunities, results and strategic topics.
Organize and structure information for executive forums, committees and follow-up meetings.
Act consultatively and collaboratively with internal teams, ensuring alignment, prioritization and execution of initiatives.
Support leadership with ad hoc analyses, business cases and special projects related to the partnerships and loyalty ecosystem.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Advanced English.
Advanced Excel.
Advanced PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
Previous experience building analyses, executive materials and managing strategic requests.
Ability to work across different functions and business topics.
Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities, autonomy and business acumen.
Postgraduate degree / specialization is a plus.
Previous experience with co-branded cards, payment methods, financial products, acquiring, issuing banks or the card industry.
Experience in loyalty programs, strategic partnerships, business development or product/account management.
Knowledge of commercial performance indicators and campaign results tracking.
