Responsibilities
Identify, win, and develop new partners into successful Severa resellers
Manage the entire partner sales process: from initial prospecting to managing your own partner portfolio
Mentor and support partners with lead generation and qualifying opportunities
Join customer meetings and perform high-quality demos
Answer both commercial and technical questions to ensure partner success
Requirements
Experience in successful B2B sales or partner management
A technical interest/aptitude to handle software demos and technical queries
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
Fluent Swedish and English language skills (Finnish is considered a plus)
Readiness to travel
