About the role

  • Account Manager at StorTrec managing sales strategies and leading a team for business growth in Germany. Responsible for driving account renewals and new business acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement regional priorities to ensure all revenue, margin, and portfolio growth objectives are met
  • Drive account renewals, expansion (upselling/cross-selling), and new business acquisition by leading a high-performing team of Account Managers
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-sales and Offer teams to design and define winning solution strategies
  • Take full ownership of your sales department’s Profit & Loss (P&L) and manage your team of collaborators
  • Lead weekly regional monitoring committees and ensure the absolute accuracy of CRM data
  • Act as a functional manager for regional sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery in close coordination with the Customer Services Department
  • Provide weekly visibility to the Managing Director regarding regional performance and internal/external communication needs
  • Ensure the strict application of the StorTrec opportunity management process

Requirements

  • Outstanding analytical, adaptability, and negotiation skills
  • Expertise in complex sales processes and professional reporting
  • A proven track record of managerial leadership and strong interpersonal abilities
  • An established network within the IT industry (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally for sales activities
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • A naturally positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • Strict discipline in execution, operational control, and team management
