Sales Manager responsible for B2B prospect generation in a growing SaaS company. Collaborate with Sales Reps to close deals in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
Together with the Sales Reps, you are responsible for generating new prospects/potential customers through outbound and inbound calls
In your **Discovery Calls** you ask targeted questions to determine the customer's current situation and **identify the need for the appropriate products from Shiftmove (Vimcar & Avrios)**
On the phone you identify customer needs, develop business cases and—through tailored product demos—demonstrate the value of our solutions in a proposal
Our sales cycles in the SMB segment are short; **you quickly identify champions and decision-makers** and close deals efficiently
You keep your **pipeline in Salesforce up to date** and maintain a clear overview of your target attainment, results, and forecasts
Requirements
You have **several years of B2B sales experience in a closing role** and speak **German at native level (C2)** as well as fluent English (at least B2)
You are passionate about modern mobility management
You can easily **build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders** and **work collaboratively with prospects** to create solutions and deliver value for them
