Assistant Sales Manager overseeing merchant account profitability and developing payment processing capabilities. Collaborating closely with customers to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with service standards.
Responsibilities
Manage merchant account profitability and revenue potential and adjust commercial agreements as necessary.
Identify cross-sell initiatives and maximize Global Payments’ product suite revenue potential.
Monitor and supervise pricing and service proposals tailor-fitted to each potential New Account.
Develop and execute an Account Development Plan to maximize sales and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
Liaise merchant requirements through the SATs and ensure internal and external service providers comply with agreed SLA’s in order to deliver excellent customer service to the merchant base.
Requirements
College graduate.
Business, Management or Marketing discipline will be an asset
2 years of experience in sales and customer service preferably in credit card related businesses
Preferably with previous experience in Merchant Acquiring Relationship Management of any Top 100 Philippines corporations.
He/she should be willing and eager to work closely with the customers to identify and develop their payment processing capabilities.
Very good English and Filipino communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City and willing to travel as needed
