Responsibilities
Support commercial service by recording and tracking internal customer requests in the system, ensuring responsiveness and support to the commercial area;
Assist with contract management by supporting report generation and information control, ensuring organization and compliance with deadlines;
Support analyses and payments related to the financial execution of contracts, following defined commercial guidelines and standards;
Assist in monitoring credit limits and outstanding balances, performing entries and updates under the supervision of the finance department;
Monitor debt collection processes, providing support in communications with commercial and finance teams;
Support the organization of documents and information related to legal and contractual matters;
Assist in producing reports and sending information to the involved departments, ensuring compliance of commercial processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets, reporting, data organization);
Experience with SAP, BW and company-provided platforms (e.g., CRM, Lotus Notes, and ServiceNow);
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Organized with strong attention to detail;
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks;
Proactive with a willingness to learn about the energy sector;
Previous experience in administrative or support routines is a plus.
