Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of production tools used across the network
Monitor and support the BVN operations network
Define requirements and draft specifications for production tools
Participate in development, upgrade, testing, and validation phases of production tools
Prepare training materials and their worldwide deployment
Maintain and improve production tools continuously
Provide functional support to users and solve operational issues
Requirements
Initial experience in a technical environment (equipment, certification, industrial or maritime)
Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, databases)
Understanding challenges related to production tools and their evolution
Strong organizational skills
