Responsibilities
Defines and drives talent strategies for assigned function or line of business
Serves as a trusted advisor to senior executive leaders
Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives
Leverages advanced analytics, market benchmarks, and emerging trends
Develop and elevate the HRBP community
Synthesizes line of business insights and priorities
Partners across HR COEs to simplify, digitize, and improve HR service delivery
Champions a high-performance, inclusive culture
Partners with Finance and senior leaders to align workforce plans
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
10+ years of progressive experience in one or more human resources disciplines
4 years of experience leading complex initiatives, cross-functional projects or people
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics or equivalent
Active SPHR or SHRM-CP Certification
Insurance industry experience
Experience serving as a strategic HR partner to contact center or high-volume operational organizations
Demonstrated ability to develop talent through direct leadership, matrix leadership, and/or mentoring and coaching
Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to drive the human resources agenda
Integrity and the ability to handle sensitive personnel and compliance-related issues
Demonstrated experience benchmarking and implementing "best in class" HR strategies, processes and programs
Strong understanding of the business vision, strategy, financial priorities and performance measures and cycle
