Responsibilities
Support for hiring, terminations, and severance processes
Monitoring and management of HR metrics
Support for recruitment and selection processes
Updating spreadsheets and preparing reports
Onboarding and offboarding of employees
Internal communication and internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives
Support for training and employee development
Creation and distribution of internal communications (birthdays, promotions, new hires, etc.)
Participation in and development of HR projects (PDI - Individual Development Plans, talent retention, employer branding, among others)
Employee support to clarify general inquiries
Support for other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields
Basic Excel
Experience with HR routines and processes
Plus: knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to HR.
