Responsibilities
Supporting HR Team with HR Administration: HR Operations: Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
Providing support and coordination activities for our employees in HR related matters across the employee lifecycle
Develop knowledge of our benefit offering and act as a point of contact for employees and our company healthcare and pension providers
Support audit readiness activities for HR and training activities
Support the HR team with other projects of the Department: Support coordination and implementation of HR initiatives e.g. planning and logistics for events, such as employee wellness initiatives, recruitment and training events
Input to HR policy reviews and participating in research / benchmarking activities as required
Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Support employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Communications/Projects: Assist in the development and execution of HR communication strategies
Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and diversity programs
Create and distribute internal communications and newsletters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects
Requirements
Graduate within the last 12 months in a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
Strong attention to detail and able to ensure the accuracy of work
Team player with excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills (successful candidate will be working across all level of the organisation)
Strong administration and coordination skills
