Responsibilities
Be a contact person for local Site Management, Works Councils, and Trade Unions
Support TomTom’s performance management approach
Point of contact for employees with queries or job-related issues
Carry out restructurings or reorganizations
Support with individual cases such as illness and terminations
Act as brand ambassador for employee well-being
Support employees with personal development
Mentor and guide managers and employees on conflict handling and grievance
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of employment law
5 – 8 years of experience in a similar role
Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to coach employees and management through complex issues
Experience in a dynamic international environment
Knowledge ofcrafting policies and guidelines for hybrid work
Fluent in English and German, other languages a plus
Ability to operate independently and drive results
Experience contributing to global and local projects
