Responsibilities
Provide support in responding to employees and managers, assisting with clarifying questions and directing requests;
Assist with entering and updating employee registration information in internal systems;
Contribute to the control, organization, and filing of personnel documents (physical and digital);
Support data entry and maintenance in the TOTVS (HCM) system;
Assist in handling employee requests through the ticketing tool (Qualitor);
Support the organization and verification of labor-related documents.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
Knowledge of personnel administration activities (onboarding and attendance control);
Basic knowledge of labor legislation (employment law);
Familiarity with the Qualitor and TOTVS systems, and Excel.
