About the role

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Human Resources and/or Recruitment team to implement the HR strategy and goals
- Assist in HR initiatives across the group
- Analyze training requests and manage bookings

- Learn sourcing techniques within Technology and Consulting
- Create job descriptions and manage responses
- Support in sharing news on social media and maintaining the Keyrus website
- Attend and help in the organization of HR & TA events and trainings
- Assist in the implementation of strategic HR & TA projects
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master preferably in business, HR, Psychology or any related field, studying at a Belgian school
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is essential
- Positive energy, dynamism and enthusiasm when talking to people
- Ability to produce digestible and error-free content
- Ability to work autonomously in a structured and organized way
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest HR and recruitment trends
- Affinity with technology and intellectual curiosity to understand its importance
